A security executive with more than twenty years across professional services, global insurance, biopharmaceutical, and healthcare — environments where confidentiality is a professional obligation and an incident is a regulatory event. I set strategy, own the security program end to end, and serve as senior incident commander.

I founded Northbridge to give regulated and high-growth organizations direct access to senior security leadership — the strategy, governance, and response capability of a full CISO function, without the full-time cost. Every engagement is led by me personally.

Most recently I served as a virtual CISO for client organizations. Before that I was incident commander for cyber response at a Fortune 200 global insurer, ran the security program end to end for a regional health system, and built global incident response and forensics for a biopharmaceutical enterprise across more than thirty countries.

Earlier, at a managed security and threat intelligence firm, I helped build and transform more than 200 client security programs across law, finance, healthcare, education, and government — and led executive tabletops through nation-state events including SolarWinds.

Today I advise general counsel, executive committees, and boards, translating technical risk into business, legal, and client-impact terms. I teach digital forensics at Valley Forge Military Academy & College and speak in the EC-Council CyberTalks series.
